On the authority of Abu Hurayrah RA who said that the Messenger of Allah PBUH said: “Allah (mighty and sublime be He) said: Pride is My cloak and greatness My robe, and he who competes with Me in respect of either of them I shall cast into Hell-fire.

What to say when you feel a pain in your body

Arabic: بِسْمِ اللهِ (ثَلاثاً) أَعُوذُ باللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مَنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ. (سبع مرات)

Pronunciation: Bismi l-lâhi (x3), + A’ûdhu bi-l-lâhi wa qudratihi min sharri mâ ajidu wa uhâdhiru (x7).

Translation: Put your hand on the place where you feel pain and say:
With the Name of Allah (three times).
Then say :
I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.
